Plumbing LLC is a licensed master-plumber-operated contractor (TX Master License #M-39596) headquartered at 2111 East FM1187 in Aledo, TX, serving Newark — a Wise County community with no municipal water or sewer infrastructure, where private Trinity aquifer wells carry elevated iron, manganese, and sulfur — from its Fort Worth dispatch hub since 2013.
ZIP Codes Served
Newark is a Wise County community with no significant municipal water or sewer infrastructure. Private wells drawing from the Trinity aquifer serve most properties. Iron, manganese, and sulfur concentrations in shallow Trinity aquifer wells in Wise County are high enough to stain fixtures, foul water heater anode rods, and shorten appliance life without treatment. Whole-house treatment sized to tested well water chemistry is the standard S.W.A.T. Plumbing recommends after an on-site water quality test. S.W.A.T. Plumbing dispatches from Fort Worth and reaches Newark addresses in about 28 minutes.
Septic systems handle all wastewater on Newark parcels. Lot sizes running one to five-plus acres are the norm. The West Fork Trinity River proximity raises the water table seasonally — after heavy rainfall, septic drain field performance degrades and some properties experience backflow into low-lying drain fixtures. Long private lateral run lengths mean pressure loss and joint failures in aging polyethylene or galvanized private mains. The housing stock is primarily ranch-style builds from the 1960s through the 1990s; older structures may carry galvanized supply lines at main connections.
Newark's city limits fall under City of Newark permit authority for work inside those limits; Wise County handles permits for unincorporated ETJ parcels. S.W.A.T. Plumbing confirms the correct jurisdiction before work begins.

Known Threats
Common plumbing issues
in Newark.
Local soil, water chemistry, and housing stock create predictable failure patterns. Understanding what’s common here lets S.W.A.T. Plumbing arrive with the right equipment already loaded.
Common Issues — Newark
- Trinity aquifer wells in Wise County deliver elevated iron, manganese, and sulfur — without whole-house filtration and softening, fixtures stain, appliances scale, and water heater anode rods fail early.
- Septic systems on large-lot Newark parcels experience drain field degradation after West Fork Trinity River seasonal water table rises — backflow into low drain fixtures signals a lateral or field issue.
- Long private lateral run lengths on one-to-five-acre lots develop pressure loss and joint failures in aging polyethylene or galvanized private water mains — failures are not visible until flow drops noticeably.
- 1960s–1990s ranch-style homes in Newark may carry original galvanized supply connections at the main shutoff — interior diameter narrows over decades of mineral accumulation, reducing whole-house pressure.
- No municipal water or sewer infrastructure means emergency plumbing calls require a contractor familiar with well-and-septic systems, not just standard city-supply diagnostic approaches.

“My A/C was leaking because of a backup in the main drain pipe. The tech Tyler was beyond communicative, patient, and tenacious to fix this. He stayed until almost 6p troubleshooting and sticking with the plan of action that freed the issue. Great guy and great service. As a bonus, I requested the soonest available service and when there was a cancellation that pulled my appointment forward by one day. One earlier day with A/C in Mya in Texas. Win! I was provided them through my home warranty service. I will definitely request them again. Tyler was the man!”
Marcus Combsa month ago“Daniel was great. He was Friendly, helpful, and informative. He took time to explain everything and walk me through my options. The SWAT team was great at keeping me informed on service time and expectations. Will 100% recommend.”
Achelle Evansa month ago“Over the weekend, I needed to call a plumber when the expansion tank on my water heater began leaking. I was unsure what might happen if the situation worsened, so I contacted my home warranty service to request assistance. I had previously informed them that if I ever needed plumbing services again, I preferred to work exclusively with S.W.A.T. Plumbing. On Monday morning, I received a call from Christi at S.W.A.T. Plumbing. She explained that although the plumber was finishing another job, she could have someone out later that afternoon. She told me that Scott H. would be handling the call and would contact me when he was on his way. About five minutes after our call ended, Christi called back to let me know that I would be Scott's next service stop. I really appreciated that level of communication. Less than forty five minutes later, Scott arrived at my home. Scott was professional from the moment he arrived. After a brief greeting, he immediately went to work. He confirmed my suspicion that the expansion tank was the problem, returned to his truck for tools and a replacement tank, and had the new tank installed within about twenty minutes. The repair was completed quickly, smoothly, and—most importantly—professionally. This was not my first experience with S.W.A.T. Plumbing, and it certainly will not be my last should the need arise again. This team truly knows how to take care of their customers. Thank you for inviting me to participate in this survey. I appreciate the opportunity to share my feedback. If you have any follow up questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me.”
